中晚期消化道肿瘤与植泵化疗有关的并发症原因分析

目的 探讨中晚期消化道肿瘤与植泵化疗有关的并发症，方法 对５０例中晚期消化道肿瘤患者使用全植入式药泵（ＴＩＤＰ）行肝动脉，门静脉系或腹腔内灌注化疗过程中所发生的植入系统的并发症进行回顾性分析，结果 植入系统的并发症１３例，发生率２６．０％，其中导管阻塞３例（６．０％）药液外漏，导管内感染，泵周感染，泵周皮下积液或沉积血各２例（４．０％），导管异位，泵管分离各１例，结论 植泵化疗的并发症是可以预防的

ANALYSIS OF THE COMPLICATIONS OF TOTALLY IMPLANTABLE DRUG PUMP IN THE PATIENTS WITH MIDDLE-/LATE-STAGE DIGESTIVE TRACT TUMORS

Objective To investigate the causes of complications encountered in the patients with middle-/late-stage digestive tract tumors receiving chemotherapy through totally implantable drug pump(TIDP). Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 50 such cases whose antitumor drugs were infused by TIDP via the hepatic artery or portal vein system, or intraperatonially. Results Thirteen cases of complication occurred to the TIDP, the incidence being 26%, including 2 cases of catheter obstruction, 2 extravasation of drugs, 2 intracatheteric infection, 2 infection and 2 accumulation of blood and fluid around the pump, 1 catheter displacement and 1 catheter detachment from the pump. Conclusion All of the complications encountered are preventable.
