| 摘 要： | 目的 评价鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的远期疗效,以提高鼻内镜手术疗效.方法 对86例慢性鼻窦炎患者行鼻内窥镜下手术,术后随访观察2年.结果 术后随访观察2年,治愈76例(88.4％),无效10例(11.6％).并发症为眼险淤血5例,鼻腔粘连6例.结论 鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术对治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉病疗效显著,可有效提高治愈率...

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery ( ESS ) by assessing its long-term curative effect.Methods ESS was performed on 86 patients with chronic sinusitis or nasal polyps.All the patients were then followed up for two years.Results In a 2-year follow-up,76patients ( 88.4％ ) were cured,while 10 ( 11.6％ ) failed to respond to the procedure.5 patients developed blood extravasation blood in the eyelid,and 6 developed nasal synechia.Conclusions Endoscopic sinus surgery is efficacious in the treatment of chronic sisusitis and nasal polyps.It can increase the cure rate effectively,achieve a long-term efficacy,and reduce complications. |
