安全型留置针在消化内科患者静脉输注中的应用

目的研究安全型留置针应用于消化内科患者静脉输注的效果。方法将200例消化道疾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例；观察组采用安全型留置针，对照组采用普通留置针，比较两组静脉留置针的留置时间、静脉炎及针刺伤发生情况。结果观察组留置时间明显长于对照组，静脉炎及针刺伤发生情况低于对照组（x^2=4．296、29．126，P〈0．05）。结论消化道疾病患者静脉输注时使用安全型留置针可以减少血液外渗和导管堵塞现象，延长留置时间。

Application effect of safe intravenous catheter in hospitalized gastroenterology patients

Objective To study the effect of safe intravenous catheter used in gastroenterology.Methods 200 patients with gastrointestinal disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 cases for each group.Observation group used the safe lien needle,while the control group used only common lien needle.Then the vein needle lien time,indwelling catheter,phlebitis and blood leakage conditions were compared in the two groups.Results Retention time of the observation group was significandy longer than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.01),the incidence of phlebitis and the occurrence of needle sticked injuries was lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Patients with gastrointestinal diseases using safe intravenous catheter can reduce the clogging of blood extravasation,prolonged retention time.
