两种尿液分析仪检测结果比较分析

目的研究两种不同品牌尿液干化学分析仪检验结果分级，比较不同品牌仪器检测结果差异是否存在显著性。方法对比两种不同品牌仪器检测结果分级，分析其中的异同，并平行检测病人标本，对结果进行比较。结果两种尿液干化学分析仪对检测结果分级明显不同，但经秩和检验，差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。对病人标本检验结果分析，PRO、BLD、KET、WBC4项指标P1=〈0．05，PRO、BLD、WBC3项指标只〈0．05，两仪器检测结果差异有显著性。结论不同品牌仪器检测分析标准不一，检测结果差异具有显著性，同一医院应使用同一品牌尿液干化学分析仪，避免造成临床应用混乱。

The comparison of 2 kinds of dry chemical urine analyers

Objective To study two different brand urine dry chemistry analyzers' test results grade.To comparise the detection results of different brand instruments to see if there are significant differences.Methods Compared two different brand instruments detection result grades.Analyzed of the similarities and differences,and paralleled testing patient specimens.compared the results.Results Two kinds of dry chemical analysis of urine analyzer test results were on significantly different levels,but by the rank sum test,there was no significant difference.Analysis of test results for patient specimens,PRO、BLD、KET、WBC,P ＜ 0.05; PRO、BLD、WBC,P ＜ 0.05.Test results were significantly different.Conclusions The analysis of the standard equipment of different brands is inconsistent.Test results have significant differences.The hospital should use the same brand of dry urine chemistry analyzer to avoid Clinical application confusion.
