肺结核189例耐药分析

目的：分析189例肺结核住院患者结核菌培养阳性病例耐药情况，方法：调查结核菌培养阳性并有药敏试验结果的耐药情况及成因，结果：耐药95例（50．3％），起始耐药率35．0％，继发耐药率68．6％，起始耐药组与敏感组疗效比较，差异无显著性统计学意义，继发耐药组的疗效则低得多。通过对耐药病例成因进行分析，不规则用药及方案不恰当是耐药产生的主要原因。结论：规则有效的化疗方案，加强对结核患者的管理，促使患者配合完全程化疗，是控制结核病和防止减少耐药结核病发生的有效的措施。

Survey and Analysis on Drug Resistance of 189 Hospitalized Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective:To analysis the drug resistance of 189 hospitalized patients with pulmonary tuberculosis of culture positive pulmonary. Methods:In this paper,survey on the condition and causes of 189 drug resistant pulmonary tubercuolosis cases in our hospital were given. These cases had the reports of culture positive and drug sensitivity test. Results:There wer 95 drug resistant cases(50.3%); the initial drug resistant rate was 35%; the acquired drug resistant rate was 68.6%. For the recent antituberculosis agent of the short course chemotherapy, there is no significant different betwwen the inital drug resistant group and the drug sensitivity group. But the effect for the acquired resitant group is rather low. Though the analysis on the causes of the drug resistant, we can conclude that the irregular treatments and the no suitable agents are the chief causes of the drug resistance. Conclusion:The regular and effective therapy agents, the fully supervised short course therapy for the patients and making the patients finish the whole course therapy are the effective methods which can control the tuberculosis and prevent from the drug resistance.
