摘    要:目的:建立HPLC法测定北败酱中绿原酸含量的方法。方法采用色谱柱Diamonsil(5μm,4.6 mm ×250 mm);流动相乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13:87);检测波长327 nm;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温35℃。结果绿原酸在0.04~0.36μg( r=0.9995)范围内,线性关系良好,加样回收率( n=6)为99.27%( RSD=1.03%)。结论本法简便,准确,重现性好,可作为评价北败酱的质控方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Ixeris Chinensis by HPLC. Methods A column of Diamonsil(5μm,4. 6 mm × 250 mm)was adopted,and the mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile-0. 4% phosphoric acd and water(13:87)at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min;The wavelength was set at 327nm. Results There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0 . 04~0 . 36 μg( r=0 . 999 5 )of chloro-genic acid;The average recovery(n=6)was 99. 27%(RSD=1. 03%). Conclusion The method is simple,accu-rate,and can be used for the quantitative analysis of Ixeris Chinensis.
