| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药蜡疗配合推拿治疗冈上肌腱炎的疗效。方法将53例冈上肌腱炎患者随机分为治疗组（26例）和对照组（27例），治疗组采用中药蜡疗配合推拿，1次/d，对照组给予2％盐酸利多卡因加醋酸曲安奈德痛点局部注射，1次/d，对比2组治疗效果。结果治疗组在缓解疼痛和改善肩关节活动度方面优于对照组（ P﹤0.05）。结论中药蜡疗配合推拿治疗冈上肌腱炎，能有效缓解疼痛和改善肩关节活动度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of Chinese Medicine Paraffin Combined with massage on supraspina-tus tendonitis. Methods Fifty-three patients with supraspinatus tendonitis were randomly allocated to a treatment group of twenty-six cases and a control group of twenty cases. The treatment group received Chinese Medicine Paraffin Combined with massage on shoulder. The control group,one session of pain point injection of 2% lidocaine hydrochlo-ride plus triamcinolone acetonide acetate. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The efficacy rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,especially in the area of relieving pains and improving symptoms. Conclusion The Chinese Medicine Paraffin Combined with massage onsupraspinatus tendonitis is effective,safety,easy to operate,curative effect is remarkable. |
