活血通络清脑饮对老年短暂性脑缺血发作患者脑血流动力及纤维蛋白原的影响

目的：观察活血通络清脑饮治疗老年患者短暂性脑缺血发作的临床疗效及其对脑血流动力及纤维蛋白原的影响。方法将符合短暂性脑缺血发作诊断标准的126例老年患者随机分为观察组与对照组，各63例，对照组给予硫酸氢氯吡格雷片及阿司匹林肠溶片常规口服治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合应用活血通络清脑饮治疗，观察2组症状改善情况，TCD所见椎-基底动脉平均血流速度及纤维蛋白原水平改善情况。结果观察组症状改善总有效率为95.23％，对照组为90.47％；观察组在改善临床症状、椎-基底动脉平均血流速度及纤维蛋白原水平均疗效显著，且明显优于对照组（ P﹤0.05），具有统计学意义。结论活血通络清脑饮能有效改善短暂性脑缺血发作的临床症状、椎动脉平均血流速度及纤维蛋白原水平，且疗效显著。

Huoxue tongluo qingnao decoction on cerebral blood flow and fibrinogen in senile patients with transient ischemic attack

Objective To observe the Huoxue tongluo qingnao decoction treat the clinical curative effect of the senile patients with transient ischemic attack and its influence on cerebral blood flow dynamics and fibrinogen. Meth-ods A total of 126 senile patients with the diagnostic criteria of transient ischemic attack were included in the study and randomized into the observation group( n=63 )and the control group( n=63 ). The patients in the two groups were given Clopidogrel Sulfate Tablets and Bayaspirin for the routine treatment,the patients in the observation group were given the Huoxue tongluo qingnao decoction. The improvements of the clinical symptoms,TCD shows the average vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity and fibrinogen level before and after intervention between the two groups is compared. Results The clinical symptoms of the observation group improve the total effective rate was 95. 23% after treatment,the control grope symptoms improve the total effective rate was 90. 47% after treatment. Observation group in improving clinical symptoms,the average vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity and fibrinogen contents has distinct curative effect,and obviously better than that of control group(P﹤0. 05),with statistical significance. Con-clusion Huoxue tongluo qingnao decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,average vertebral artery blood flow velocity and fibrinogen contents.
