| 摘 要： | 目的：对公立医院的补偿机制进行探讨。方法：随机抽取湖北省6家公立医院进行现场调查,结合相关统计资料进行分析。结果：政府补偿不足致使公立医院收入主要来自医疗服务和药品加成,趋利倾向明显,公益性淡化。结论：应改变补偿机制,加大补偿力度,确定合理的补偿方式,改变支付方式和确立专项基金。
