癌症患者化疗辅助用药临床应用情况分析

目的：对我院肿瘤大楼化疗辅助药物的使用情况进行分析。方法：采用药库计算机信息管理系统收集2008年2-8月肿瘤大楼化疗辅助药物的有关数据,并进行统计分析。化疗辅助用药包括：保肝药、抑酸药、止吐药、升白细胞药、扶正祛邪中成药、生物免疫调节剂。结果：用药金额位居首位的是扶正祛邪中成药,为522.07万元,占用药总金额的31.16%,其他排序依次为保肝药占18.69%、止吐药占14.77%、生物免疫调节剂占14.45%、升白细胞药占10.62%、抑酸药占10.30%。还原型谷胱甘肽钠、多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液、硫普罗宁片和奥美拉唑钠分别居DDDs前4位。结论：化疗辅助用药对提高机体免疫力,降低抗肿瘤药物的毒性,保证化疗顺利进行具有重要意义。

Application analysis of adjuvant drugs in cancer chemotherapy

Objective：To investigate the utilization of adjuvant drugs in cancer chemotherapy in our hospital.Methods：The data retrieved from computer information management system of drug storeroom were analyzed statistically regarding the utilization of adjuvant drugs in chemotherapy from February to August 2008.Adjuvant drugs included hepatoprotectives,acid-suppressing drugs,antiemetics,interleukin drugs,Chinese patent drugs and bio-immunomodulator.Results：Chinese patent drugs for strengthening healthy energy to eliminate evils dominated the first in terms of consumption sum,which was 5.220 7 million yuan,consumption sum of Chinese patent drugs occupied 31.16% of the total consumption sum,followed by hepatoprotectives（18.69%）,antiemetic（14.77%）,bio-immunomodulator（14.45%）,interleukin drug（10.62%） and acid-suppressing drugs（10.30%）.Glutathione sodium for injection,polyene phosphatidylcholine for injection,tiopronin tablets,omeprazole sodium placed the top 4 in terms of DDDs.Conclusion：The adjuvant drugs in chemotherapy showed important signifi cance in improving the body immunity,decreasing the toxicity of the anti-cancer drugs.
