| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨假性球麻痹患者吞咽功能障碍的康复护理新方法。方法：将50例吞咽功能障碍的假性球麻痹患者随机分为两组,对照组25例采用神经内科常规护理及留置胃管护理,观察组25例除上述护理外,另加指导性吞咽功能训练护理。结果：观察组患者的吞咽功能及摄食情况明显改善,与对照组相比有显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论：指导性吞咽功能训练护理对于假性球麻痹患者吞咽功能障碍康复有明显效果。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the new method of rehabilitation nursing for pseudobulbar palsy patients with dysphagia. Methods ：50 cases of pseudobulbar palsy patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 patients in each group. The control group were given the routine nursing and stomach tube nursing. The observation group were given the same nursing intervention as control group plus the directing swallowing re- covery training. Results ：The swallowing function and feeding ability were improved in observation group significantly, there was remarkable difference between two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The directing swallowing recovery training has significant effect on pseudobulbar palsy patients with dysphagia. |
