心理因素与女医务人员患SARS相关关系的研究

目的 :了解 SARS女医务患者的心理状态 ,应激环境下女医务工作者的心理压力来源 ,为医院的管理者今后更好地开展医护人员的心理保健工作提供参考。方法 :用 SCL - 90、 EPQ人格问卷及自编的心理压力来源问卷对 31例患 SARS的女医护人员进行调查 ,同时与 38例工作在 SARS病房而未患病的女医护人员进行对照。结果 :患病的医护人员在 SCL - 90的 9个因子中 ,有 6个因子分与健康的医护人员相比差异有显著性。人格类型与 SARS患病无直接关系 ,在全部被调查的医护人员中 ,年轻的医护人员的主要心理压力是对疾病的恐惧 ,而中年医护人员主要的心理压力来自家庭。结论 :患病的医护人员的心理状态不佳 ,病人负性情绪状态对 SARS患病有一定影响。不同年龄的医护人员的主要心理压力来源也不同。应更加注意对女医护人员的心理素质培养工作 ,尤其要重视对中年女医护人员的心理保健

Relationship between psychological factors and female medical professionals with SARS

Objective: To investigate the psychological status of the female medical professionals with SARS and their psychological stress in the stress setting, which will provide the managers in the hospital with work references to improve the psychology health care for them. Methods: The contrastive study is conducted on 31 female medical professionals with SARS and 38 female ones without SARS in the SARS wards with the personality questionnaires SCL 90 and EPQ and the self designed questionnaire on the psychological stress sources. Results: There are significant differences in 6 of 9 factors in SCL 90 between the professionals with SARS and the others without SARS. The personality types have no direct relation to the infection of SARS. Of the subjects, the stress of the young mainly due to their fear of the disease while that of the middle aged ones from their families. Conclusions: The poor mental status of the female professionals with SARS is caused to a certain degree by the negative mental status of SARS patients. The main mental stress sources varied from the professionals to different age. The much more attention should be paid to improvement of psychological diathesis in the female professionals, especially to mental health care of the middle aged ones.
