腹腔镜下全子宫切除术前不同阴道准备方法的比较

摘    要:目的比较腹腔镜下全子宫切除术术前两种阴道准备方法预防感染的效果。方法将腹腔镜下全子宫切除术前需阴道准备者100例随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。观察组术前用聚维酮碘(3%)棉球阴道擦洗4次,对照组采用手术前3 d每晚用棉球沾1:20聚维酮碘冲洗阴道+甲硝唑0.4 g阴道上药,观察两组患者术后72 h体温与白细胞数量并进行比较。结果观察组患者的住院时间与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组与对照组患者术后72 h白细胞数量无明显差异(P>0.05),术后体温也无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论聚维酮碘棉球阴道擦洗做阴道准备效果满意,明显降低了住院时间,缩短了患者的阴道准备时间,减轻患者的心理压力。

Abstract:Objective To compare effects of two vagina preparation in complete hysterectomy ujnder abdominoscope.Methods A total of 200 patients,who need vagina preparation before complete hysterectomy under abdominoscope,were divided to two groups.Patients in observation group use Iodophors(3%) to scrub vagina 4 times before operation,patients in control group applied bathing vagina using 1:20 Iodophors(3%) and vagina external application 3 days before operation.To observe body temperature and leucocyte quantity 72 hours after operation.Results The length of stay was significant different between two groups,but the body temperature and leucocyte quantity 72-hours-postoperation between tow groups were not significant differenct.Conclusion The effect of Iodophors(3%) to preoperative scrub vagina was satisfaction,not only cutted down the length of stay and shortened the time of preoperative vagina preparation but also lessened patients'mental stress of.
