一种提高非直视下输卵管药堵术成功率的有效方法

为了提高输卵管药堵术的成功率,用复方酚妥拉明对输卵管局封和灌麻,并同时使用通气法和显影法作为判断药堵成败标准。经临床161例施术表明:药堵成功率从对照组的76.1%上升到91.4%(P<0.01);全显影从对照组的74.8%提高到93.2%(p<0.01),提示了复方酚妥拉明能解除输卵管痉挛,提高药堵的成功率。

SUCCESS RATE OF DRUG TUBAL STERILIZATION RAISED BY LOCAL BLOCKING AND IRRIGATION WITH PHENTOLAMINE COMPOUND

In order to raise the success rate of tubal sterilization by drug injection through an in-trauterine canula,local blocking and injection of phentolamine compound around and intothe intrauterine tubal os was adopted.Success or failure was verified by hydrotubation andsalpingography.Result in 161 cases showed a success rate of 91.4%,a remarkable pro-gress as compared with that in a former control group,76.1%.It is particularly worthmentioning that the single-performance success rate reached 89.5%(p<0.01)and radiogra-phic positive shadows of contrast medium occupying the whole length of the tube were re-vealed in 93.2%—also a remarkable progress as compared with the percentage of a for-mer control group—74.8%(p<0.01).It is found that phentolamine compound releaxestubal spasm,and in this way benefits drug injection and promotes tube occlusion.
