| 摘 要： | 目的了解本地区≥60岁老年人的健康状况，为实施社区健康教育和慢性病综合防治提供科学依据。方法2007年3～6月对本辖区内5321名≥60岁老年人进行健康体检并分析。结果调查对象中，体检正常者158名，占体检总数的2．97％，检出率最高的前3种疾病依次为高血压、高血脂和冠心病。结论本地区老年人的身体健康状况不容乐观，社区卫生服务中心应加强其健康教育和对慢性病的综合防治。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate health condition of elders in Xu Hang town in order to provide scientific data for health education and prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. Method Health examination was carried out for 5 321 elders aged 60 years or over in our district from March to June in 2007 and the results were analyzed. Results In all the objects, only 158 were completely normal and the rate was 2.97%. Detection rate of hypertension, hyperlipemia and coronary heart disease were high. Conclusion The health conditions are not so good in elders in our district. It is important to enhance health education and integrate control of chronic diseases. |
