摘 要: | 目的评价半导体激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术治疗新生血管性青光眼的效果。方法对30例药物控制不良的新生血管性青光眼患者行810nm半导体激光经巩膜睫状体光凝,能量1800—2800mW,时间2000ms,范围180-270°,术后随访患者的眼压、视力、症状及用药情况。结果平均随访24个月,术前眼压为(46.3±3.5)mmHg(1mmHg—0.133kPa),治疗后眼压为(17.9±2.1)mnHg,术后眼压明显低于术前(P〈0.01);3眼(10%)眼球萎缩;24眼(71%)视力无变化,5眼(17%)视力下降,1眼(3%)视力提高。术后所有患者眼胀痛缓解,术前用抗青光眼药物种类平均为2~4种,随访时减至0-2种。结论经巩膜半导体激光睫状体光凝是治疗新生血管性青光眼的一种有效而安全的方法。

Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the outcome of transseleral semiconductor diode laser eyclophotoeoagulation in neovaseular glaueomea Methods Using transseleral semiconductor diode laser cyclophtotocoagulation (810nm, energy 1800 - 2800mW, time 2000ms,range 180- 270°)to treat 30 eyes of 30 patients whose lOP can't be controlled by drugs and following up their lOP, vision acuity,symptoms and medication. Results Mean follow-up was 24 months. IOP decreased from (46.3 ± 3.5)mmHg pretreatment to ( 17.9 ± 2.1 )mmHg post-treatment, and there was significant reduction in mean IOP( P 〈 0.01 ). Atrophia bu/bi occurred in 3 ( 10% ) eyes.The outcome of visual acuity opst-treatment: 24 eyes(71% )were steadily, 5 eyes(17%) were decreased and 1 eye(3% )was improved.Post-treatment,all the patients got remission of the burstion pain. The kinds of anti-glueoma drugs which were necessary for the patients decreased from 2 - 4 kinds to 0 - 2 kinds. Conclusions Transseleral semiconductor diode laser cyclophotocoagulation is an efficient and safe treatment for neovaseular glaucoma. |
