| 摘 要： | 探索舒适护理在痔瘘手术患者中的应用方法及特点,对痔瘘手术病人提供舒适的住院环境,术前加强心理舒适护理,做好术前的准备,配合手术治疗,降低患者紧张焦虑程度,减轻患者的痛苦,体现了“以人为本,以病人为中心”的服务理念,提高了护理服务质量,在临床上取得了满意的效果。

| Abstract: | To explore the methods and the features of comfortable nursing in anal fistula patients during perioperation period.Prior to the surgery,the patients should be provided with a cozy hospital environment and an enhanced psychological nursing,with the aim of making the patients have the physiological preparation for the operation and coordinate with the doctors and nurses in the treatments.Accordingly,they would be less nervous and suffered from less pains.It embodies a service concept of "People First,Patient Center".The comfortable nursing,which has achieved satisfactory results in clinical practice,improves the nursing quality. |
