| 摘 要： | 目的:颈内动脉盗血综合征是脑盗血综合征相对少见的的类型,而伴颈动脉-椎-基底动脉异常吻合的颈内动脉盗血综合征则临床上更为少见,本文通过对两例伴颈内动脉-椎-基底动脉异常吻合的颈内动脉盗血综合征的报道及临床分析,以提高对颈内动脉盗血综合征及颈动脉-椎-基底动脉异常吻合的认识。

| Abstract: | Steal syndrome include three main types:subclavian steal syndrome,internal carotid steal syndrome,verte- brobasilar steal syndrome,while internal carotid steal syndrome is a relatively rare type of them.Furthermore,it is more rare internal carotid steal syndrome with an anomalous carotid-vertebrobasilar anastomoses.We report two cases and ana- lyse their clinical manifestation about internal carotid steal syndrome with persistent carotid-vertebrobasilar anastomoses in order to enhance cognition. |
