| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在新辅助化疗后骨肉瘤组织中表达的临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组织化学EnVision法,检测32例新辅助化疗后骨肉瘤组织VEGF的表达,分析其与预后的相关性。结果 VEGF表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤部位无相关性（P〉0.05）,与肿瘤坏死率及预后明显相关（P〈0.05）。结论新辅助化疗后骨肉瘤VEGF的表达水平是判断骨肉瘤预后的重要指标。
