| 摘 要： | 目的研究高原家兔胸部爆炸伤后动脉血气分析及酸碱平衡的变化特点。方法将家兔随机分为高原致伤组、高原对照组和平原致伤组,分别于伤前和伤后1、3、6 h采集动脉血进行血气分析。结果伤后各致伤组均表现为持续性的代谢性酸中毒,与伤前比较血气指标值明显下降（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,伤后各时点高原致伤组与平原致伤组血气指标比较均有显著差异（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论伤后高原致伤组的血气指标降低以及持续性代谢性酸中毒是高原胸部爆炸伤的最主要特征性改变,对于及早救治具有重要意义。
