胸痹颗粒治疗心肌梗死后心室重构(气虚痰瘀型)的临床观察

目的 观察胸痹颗粒治疗心肌梗死后心室重构(气虚痰瘀型)的临床疗效.方法 将60例患者随机分为2组.西药组30例予开搏通6.25 mg,每日3次口服;中药组30例予胸痹颗粒,每次1袋,每日3次口服.2组均8个月为1个疗程.观察2组治疗前后心室重构指标变化、逆转心室重构疗效变化及中医症状疗效变化.结果 2组在降低心室重构指标值、逆转心室重构疗效及改善中医症状上均无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论 胸痹颗粒有明显的逆转心肌梗死后心室重构的作用,改善临床症状显著,值得临床推广.

Clinical observation of Xiongbi granula on ventricular remodeling(VR) after acute myocardial infarction(AMI) based on differentiation of the deficiency of qi and tanyu

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiongbi granula on ventricular remodeling after acute myocardial infarction based on differentiation of the deficiency of qi and tanyu.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into the Western medicine group(n=30) which was administrated Kaibotong and the traditional Chinese medicine group(n=30) which was given Xiongbi granula.Eight months were a treatment course in the both groups.The indexes of VR were observed before and after treatment,the clinical effect of reversing VR and the traditional Chinese medical symptom was observed in the two groups.Results There wasn't a significant difference in decreasing the indexes of VR,there wasn't a significant difference in the effect of reversing VR,there wasn't a significant difference in improving the traditional Chinese medical symptom between the two groups.Conclusion Xiongbi particuology can reverse VR after AMI obviously and improve clinical symptom.It is worth using Xiongbi particuology widely.
