| 摘 要： | [目的]了解青岛市饮水型地方性氟中毒病区儿童氟斑牙患病现状。[方法]2004年对青岛市主要地氟病病区即墨、胶州、莱西、平度4市8～12岁儿童5939人进行调查。[结果]儿童氟斑牙患病率为35．17X，斑釉指数为0．69；其中3个市氟斑牙患病率超过30％，平度市最高为61．68％；儿童氟斑牙患病率与所在村饮水氟含量呈高度正相关（r=0．963，P〈0．05）。[结论]青岛市地氟病病情仍然较重。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To learn current situation of children's dental fluorosis state in endemic fluorosis areas of drinking water type in Qingdao city.[Methods]Epidemical investigation storied sample methods were adopted.5 939 Dental fluorosis students of 8-12 years old were examined in Pindu,Laixi,Jiaozhou and Jimo counties in Qingdao city in 2004.[Results]Dental fluorosis average rate is 35.17% in the 4 counties and dental fluorosis index is 0.69.Dental fluorosis rate exceed 30% in Laixi,Jiaozhou and Jimo county.And dental fluorosis rate is 61.68% and dental fluorosis index is 1.34 in pingdu.Children dental fluorosis increase with the drinking water fluorin adding(r=0.963,P<0.05).[Conclusion]The state of endemic fluorosis disease were still serious in Qingdao city. |
