To Explore the Clinical Value of 3.0T MRI and 64 Slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Liver Cancer

Objective:To compare the diagnosis effect of 3.0T MRI and 64 slice spiral CT in the patients with liver cancer.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,80 patients with liver cancer diagnosed by clinical pathology in our hospital were taken as the main objects of this study.All patients were diagnosed by 3.0T MRI and 64 row spiral CT respectively in clinical diagnosis,and the clinical application value of the two diagnosis methods for liver cancer patients was compared and analyzed.Results:Among the 80 patients with liver cancer diagnosed by clinical pathology,the accuracy of 3.0T MRI diagnosis was 97.50%,and the accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT diagnosis was 87.50%.Compared with the two diagnosis methods,3.0T magnetic resonance imaging has a better diagnostic effect,with significant differences between groups,which is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:3.0T magnetic resonance imaging and 64 slice spiral CT have certain effect in the diagnosis of liver cancer patients,but compared with 64 slice spiral CT,3.0T magnetic resonance imaging has higher diagnostic accuracy.
