纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗对肺炎患者肺功能、血气指标及炎症因子水平的影响

目的:探讨纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗对肺炎患者肺功能、血气指标及炎症因子水平的影响。方法:回顾性选取2019年2月~2020年1月于本院收治并确诊为肺炎133例患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(n=67,常规治疗+纤维支气管镜灌洗术)和对照组(n=66,常规治疗),分析组间肺功能、血气指标及炎症因子水平的变化。结果:观察组RR、HR、PaO2及hs-CRP水平明显低于对照组,而SaO2明显高于对照组,组间临床差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肺炎患者的治疗中应用纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗较单一常规治疗效果佳,肺功能改善情况明显,炎症消除快,安全性高。

The Effect of Lavage Treatment with Bronchoscope on Pulmonary Function,Blood Gas Index and Levels of Inflammatory Cytokine in Patients with Pneumonia

Objective:To explore the effect of lavage treatment with bronchoscope on pulmonary function,blood gas index and levels of inflammatory cytokine in patients with pneumonia.Methods:From February 2019 to January 2020,133 patients with pneumonia in our hospital were divided into two groups:experimental group(n=67,routine treatment+bronchoscopy lavage treatment)and control group(n=66,routine treatment).The changes of pulmonary function,blood gas index and levels of inflammatory cytokine were analyzed.Results:The levels of RR,HR,PaO2 and hs CRP in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while SaO2 was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of pneumonia,bronchoscopy lavage treatment is more effective than single routine treatment.bronchoscopy lavage treatment improve pulmonary function obviously,eliminate inflammation rapidly and has high safety.
