| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical effects of combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopic treatment on infertility.Methods:A total of 180 infertility patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with an average of 90 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were treated with laparoscopic combined surgery and conventional surgery.The statistical data were statistically verified and finally statistically compared.Results:The pregnancy rate in the observation group was 96.67%(87/90),and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 86.67%(78/90),P<0.05;The spontaneous abortion rate in the observation group was 1.11%(1/90),the natural abortion rate was 13.33%(12/90),P<0.05.Conclusions:Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined surgery can effectively improve the pregnancy rate of patients and reduce spontaneous abortion rate.It is an effective surgical method. |
