Abstract:Objective:To compare and analyze the inspection value of urine sediment microscopy and urine routine dry chemistry in routine urine test,so as to provide reference for routine urine test.Methods:A total of 200 patients who underwent routine urine test in our hospital from May to October 2019 were selected.Combined with the test method,200 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.100 patients in the control group were tested by the routine dry chemistry method,and 100 patients in the observation group were tested by the urine sediment microscope.The positive rates of red blood cells,white blood cells,chemical urine egg white,tube type,crystal and mucus filament were compared between the two groups.Results:The ratio of red blood cells,white blood cells and chemical urine protein in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the routine urine dry chemical method,the value of urine sediment microscopy is higher.However,in order to improve the value of urine routine test,it is suggested to take the combined test of urine sediment microscopy and urine routine dry chemistry.
