颈动脉内膜剥脱术和颈动脉支架置入术治疗症状性颈动脉狭窄的临床研究

目的:分析为症状性颈动脉狭窄患者分别进行颈动脉内膜剥脱术和颈动脉支架置入术的临床效果。方法:选择2017年12月~2019年12月本院收治的症状性颈动脉狭窄患者60例,以抽签法的方式将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,对照组行颈动脉内膜剥脱术,观察组行颈动脉支架置入术,比较2组患者发生并发症、手术后3个月的治疗效果。结果:2组患者发生并发症,以及3个月后发生脑卒中、心肌梗死、死亡的概率均无明显差异,组间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在治疗症状性颈动脉狭窄过程中,颈动脉内膜剥脱术与颈动脉支架置入术的应用均具有有效的临床效果与安全性,预后效果整体良好。

Clinical Study of Carotid Endarterectomy And Carotid Stenting for Symptomatic Carotid Stenosis

Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of carotid endarterectomy and carotid stenting in patients with symptomatic carotid stenosis.Methods:60 patients with symptomatic carotid stenosis admitted to the Japanese hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected,and the patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group by a lottery method,with 30 patients in each group.Carotid endarterectomy was performed in the group,and carotid stent implantation was performed in the experimental group.The complications of the two groups were compared and the treatment effect was three months after the operation.Results:There were no significant differences in complications between the two groups of patients,as well as stroke,myocardial infarction,and death after three months,and there was no statistical significance between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of symptomatic carotid stenosis,carotid endarterectomy and carotid stenting have effective clinical effects and safety,and the overall prognosis is good.
