| 摘 要： | 随着现代医疗水平的不断发展,医疗设备在医疗活动中所发挥的作用越来越明显,如何做好医疗设备的采购及风险预防工作,如何落实现阶段的人员管理制度等一系列问题将直接影响到未来医疗服务的综合水平.以现阶段的医疗设备采购工作为论述点,探讨医疗设备采购环节存在的行业风险,并对对应的人员管理模式进行综合分析.

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of modern medical level,the role of medical equipment in medical activities is becoming more and more obvious.How to do a good job in the procurement of medical equipment and risk prevention,and implement the current personnel management system,This series of external comprehensive factors will directly affect the comprehensive level of medical services in the future.This paper takes the current medical equipment procurement work as the discussion point,discusses the medical equipment procurement link existence profession risk,and carries on the comprehensive analysis to the corresponding personnel management pattern. |
