The Application Value of Interventional Ultrasound in Biopsy of Neck Mass

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of interventional ultrasound in biopsy of neck masses.Methods:The clinical data of 98 patients with neck masses who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients have been given interventional ultrasound technical support during needle biopsy and diagnosed with pathology.The results are the gold standard.Observe and analyze the results of needle biopsy for neck masses under the support of interventional ultrasound technology and the differential diagnosis of different types of neck masses.Results:The diagnostic accuracy rate of the interventional ultrasound-supported needle biopsy was 96.94%,which was not statistically different from the pathological examination results(χ^2=1.354,P=0.081);the interventional ultrasound-supported needle biopsy and pathological examination were effective for thyroid disease and lymph node The detection rate of lesions,metastatic squamous cell carcinoma,schwannoma,inflammatory mass,fibro-fat tissue and connective tissue were not statistically different(χ^2=0.204,0.083,1.123,0.006,0.268,1.643,P=0.652,0.773,0.289,0.936,0.605,0.200).Conclusion:The application of interventional ultrasound in the needle biopsy process can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis and provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
