无创呼吸机治疗新生儿肺炎临床疗效

摘    要:目的:探究新生儿肺炎患儿采用无创呼吸机治疗的临床效果。方法:于2017年5月~2019年9月选取本院收治的88例新生儿肺炎患儿,按照数字表法分为2组,对照组44例患儿实施头罩式吸氧治疗,观察组44例采用无创呼吸机治疗,并对两组患儿的疗效、PaO2以及PaCO2水平进行比较。结果:观察组中的总疗效93.18%,比对照组的72.73%更高(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者心率、PaO2以及PaCO2水平比较没有明显区别(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者心率以及PaCO2水平均有一定降低,PaO2水平有一定升高,且观察组治疗后的升高与降低水平均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿肺炎患儿采用无创呼吸机治疗的临床效果确切,可降低患儿的心率水平,改善其血气指标。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator treatment for neonatal pneumonia.Methods:From May 2017 to September 2019,88 infants with neonatal pneumonia admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the digital table method.44 infants in the control group were treated with mask oxygen inhalation and 44 infants in the experimental group were treated with non-invasive ventilator.The therapeutic effects,PaO2 and PaCO2 levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The total curative effect in the experimental group was 93.18%,higher than 72.73%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in heart rate,PaO2 and PaCO2 levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the heart rate and PaCO2 level of the two groups of patients decreased to a certain extent,while PaO2 level increased to a certain extent.The increase and decrease levels in the experimental group after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator treatment for neonatal pneumonia is exact,which can reduce the heart rate level of children and improve their blood gas indexes.
