Effect and Adverse Reactions of 308nm Excimer Laser Combined with CO2 Lattice Laser in Treating Vitiligo

Objective:To investigate the effects and adverse reactions of 308nm excimer laser combined with CO2 lattice laser in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:A total of 64 patients with vitiligo treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were randomly divided into control group(308nm excimer laser treatment)and experimental group(308nm excimer laser combined with CO2 fractional laser treatment),each with 32 cases.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,patients in the experimental group had a higher total effective rate and a lower incidence of adverse reactions,P<0.05,which was different.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with vitiligo,the use of 308nm excimer laser combined with CO2,which is conducive to the removal of white spots and skin color recovery,and has higher safety.
