全视网膜激光光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效观察

目的:探讨全视网膜激光光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法:搜集2018年3月~2020年2月在本院接受治疗的96例糖尿病视网膜病变患者的病历资料并分为两组,观察组:46例已实施视网膜激光光凝术治疗患者;对照组:50例应用羟苯磺酸钙治疗的患者,对比两组患者治疗前后治疗效果及治疗后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者有效率82.6%(38/46)显著高于对照组患者68%(34/50)。观察组患者治疗后并发症发生率6.5%(3/46)显著低于对照组患者18%(9/50),P<0.05。结论:糖尿病视网膜病变患者应用全视网膜激光光凝术对比羟苯磺酸钙治疗可显著提高患者治疗有效率,治疗后患者并发症发生率下降,更适用于该疾病治疗。

The Effect of Laser Photocoagulation of Retinaon Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laser photocoagulation for diabetic retinopathy.Methods:From March 2018 to February 2020,96 patients with diabetic retinopathy who were treated in our hospital were collected and divided into two groups:observation group:46 patients who had been treated with retinal laser photocoagulation;control group:50 patients who had been treated with calcium dobesilate.The therapeutic effect and complications of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate was 82.6%(38/46)in the observation group significantly higher than 68%(34/50)of control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.5%(3/46)significantly lower than that in the control group 18%(9/50),P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with calcium dobesilate,laser photocoagulation of the whole retina can significantly improve the treatment efficiency of diabetic retinopathy.After treatment,the incidence of complications decreased,which is more suitable for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
