摘    要:目的 探讨家庭作业方式干预对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童临床疗效的影响.方法 将66例ADHD患儿随机分为家庭作业干预组(A组)和药物治疗组(B组,干预前评估Conners父母问卷(PSQ),干预12周后再次评估PSQ及临床疗效总评(CGI). 结果干预后2组PSQ各项因子分较干预前均有下降,A组品行问题[(0.9±0.53)分]、心身障碍[(0.59±0.57)分]、焦虑[(0.85±0.52)分]、多动指数因子分[(0.9±0.53)分,(1.43±0.47)分]改变差异具有显著性(P<0.05~0.01),疗效总评与B组差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论 家庭作业方式干预与药物治疗ADHD儿童疗效相当,前者更易于被患儿及家长接受.

The effect of homework planner intervention on clinical efficacy in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
Abstract:Objective To explore the intervention effect of homework planner on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods 32 cases with ADHD were intervented with homework planner for 12 weeks and 34 cases were treated with drug as a control group.Conners parent symptom questionnaire(PSQ) and clinic general imagine(CGI) were used to measure the efficacy before and after the intervention.Results In two groups,scores of each factors of PSQ were decreased after invention.The score of conduct problem,hyperactivity-impulsion,psychosomatic disorders,anxiety and hyperactivity index were lower significantly than that of baseline in the intervention of homework planner group.Conclusion Homework planner is an effective method of intervention of children with ADHD.
