在社区中开展艾滋病健康教育的效果评价

目的：探索普及艾滋病防治知识的有效方式。方法：采用中国预防性病／艾滋病基金会和中国性病防治协会制作的95块图并茂的艾滋病展板，结合播放预防艾滋病知识光盘、散发宣传单和专家咨询，在全省19个市县开展巡回活动，每次活动前后2个月进行随机抽样问卷调查.结果：巡回展活动后人群对艾滋病预防知识的掌握普遍比活动前好，正答率均高出活动前3．66－19．51个百分点不等，平均高出9．29个百分点，经统计学分析差异具有显性（P＜0．001）；而巡回展活动前后人群对艾滋病人及其病毒携带的基本态度比变化则部分显示差异具有显性。结论：采用以图片巡回展为主体的形式在社区人群中开展艾滋病健康教育取得了良好效果，其具有覆盖面广、受益群众多、效果好、经济、简单易行等优点，为普及艾滋病知识的有效方式。

Evaluation of the effectiveness of health education developed in the community

Objective To search for an effective mode for popularizing AIDS knowledge.Methods Ninety-five pieces of picture-posters with AIDS knowledge produced by the Chinese Foundation for Prevention of STD/AIDS and the Chinese Association for Prevention and treatment of STD were used in the picture-exhibition tours in the 19 cities or counties of Hainan Province,in combination with playing AIDS knowledge VCD,distributing leaflets and experts consulting.Random sampling questionnaire survey were conducted every two months before and after picture-exhibition tour.Results The knowing rate of the population on AIDS knowledge were raised generally after picture-exhibition tour,the correct answer rate were raised from 3.36% to 19.51% comparing with that before picture-exhibition tour,9.29% higher meanly,having significant differences statistically(P<0.001).Meanwhile,the basic attitude change rates toward AIDS/HIV carriers in the population before and after exhibitions had statistically significant differences in part.Conclusion The Health education activities in the form of picture-exhibition tour in the community have obtained good results,it is an effective mode for popularizing AIDS knowledge with following advantages,such as wide coverage,massive population benefits,effectiveness,economy,feasibility,etc..
