| 摘 要： | 目的:为了安全用药,对冰片制剂口服给药的安全性进行研究。方法:将冰片用水溶性辅料聚乙二醇6000制成固体分散体,并填装入胶囊,进行毒理试验。结果:口服急毒、长毒试验及腹腔注射给药试验表明,冰片固体分散体安全。结论:本试验将为冰片在中药复方制剂中的安全应用提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the safer of Bomeolum Syntheticum in oral preparation for clinical usage. Method: Bomeolum Syntheticum and PEG 6000 mixing preparative solid dispersion and packed capsules, toxicity was tested. Result: The test of acute toxicity, chronic toxicity and toxicity of abdominal injection showed that solid dispersion of Bomeolum Synthelicum was safe. Conclusion: Some scientific bases for clinical use of compound preparation of Bomeolum Synthelicum was provided. |
