海南胆木药材指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的 采用高效液相色谱法建立海南胆木药材的指纹图谱,为海南胆木药材的生产提供质量控制方法 .方法 采用高效液相色谱法, 色谱柱为Diamonsil TM C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);检测波长为227nm;流动相为甲醇-0.10%磷酸水溶液,二元梯度洗脱.结果 海南胆木药材指纹图谱中,共有峰相对保留时间与相对峰面积的精密度、重复性和稳定性的RSD均小于3%,符合有关规定.结论 所建立指纹图谱可用于海南胆木药材的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective To establish the Fingerprint Chromatography of Hainan Nauclea officinalis by HPLC and provide the method for quality control of Hainan Nauclea officinalis. Methods An HPLC method with the Diamonsil TMC_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) and a mixture of methanol-0.10% phosphoric acid solution(dual gradient elution) as the mobile phase was used. The dectection wavelength was set at 227nm. Results HPLC fingerprint chromatography of 10 batches of samples was established. The results showed that this method had a good repeatability and the 8 common peaks had an exclusive properties. Conclusion The fingerprint established can be used for quality control of Hainan Naucleae officinalis.
