| 摘 要： | 本文建立了测定人血浆中芬太尼的高效液相色谱方法,它具有线性范围宽,样品量小,灵敏度高,专一性强,操作简便等优点。它还可以分离和测定血浆中的奥芬太尼和苏芬太尼。适用于药代动力学的研究。

| Abstract: | Fentanyl in plasma was assayed by a new high-performance liquid chromatog-raphy (HPLC). The method was simple, wide linearity, small sample volume, highsensitivity and specificity alfentanil and sufentanil in plasma could be separatedand determined, too. It can be used for the pharmacokinetic study of those drugs. |
