| 摘 要： | 为了探讨主要负性生活事件与女性乳腺癌发病之间的关联,对兰州市1996年发生的102例女性乳腺癌19项负性生活事件进行配对对照研究。结果表明:应激负性生活事件乳腺癌组(358件)高于对照组(19件);性生活障碍、睡眠重大改变、离婚、家属亡故、重病外伤、夫妻严重争执等均与女性乳腺癌发病有关联。相对危险度(OR)在9.77～18之间,应激负性生活事件单位(LEU)分值越大,OR越大;负性生活事件单位分值累计>150分者,与良性乳腺疾病史有交互作用。

| Abstract: | A case - constrol study is reported on 19 negative life events of female breast cancer with 102 cases in Lanzhou City. It shows that negative stress life events (358) of breast cancer group are more than that of control group (190) (P<0. 05). Danger factors , including sexual impotence, death of beloved, divorce, insomnia, severe controversy between male and female, fatal sickness or hurt,are playing an important role in incidence of female breast cancer, with OR values respectively between 1. 12~9. 97. In this study,the more value of nagetive stress life events indicates the more RR,when the value sumed up more than 150, the happen-ning is interacted with the history of benign female breast diseases. |
