肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗中晚期肝癌的效果

目的观察经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)对中晚期原发性肝癌的疗效。方法采用Seldinger技术,经股动脉穿剌,选择性肝动脉插管灌注化疗联合碘油栓塞治疗中晚期原发性肝癌患者中随机选择52例,共行102次介入治疗。结果显效15.4%(8/52),有效53.8%(28/52),稳定30.8%(16/52)。生存期显著提高,12个月以上生存率达69.2%(36/52)。结论TACE治疗中晚期原发性肝癌疗效确切,能够显著延长生存期,提高生存质量。

Therapeutic effects of hepatic artery chemoembolization for middle-late hepatocarcinoma

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of middle-late hepatocarcinoma by transca-therarterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods The 52 patients with middle-late hepatocarcinoma under-gone selective hepatic artery catheterfilling chemotherapy combined with iodized oil embolism through femoral artery using Seldinger technique totally. All the patients were totally subjected to 102 times of intervention therapy.Results There were significant effects in 8 cases(15.4%),response in 28 cases(53.8%) and stable condition in 16 cases(30.8%) after the treatment. The survival rate has been significantly improved, 36 cases(69.2%) have survived for more than 12months.Conclusion For the patients with middle-late hepatocarcinoma, TACE has certain curative effects, it can prolong survival time significantly and improve patient's life quality.
