栓体栓道式附着体义齿26例的临床应用

目的观察栓体栓道式附着体在牙列缺损患者修复中的应用效果。方法采用栓体栓道式附着体修复26例牙列缺损患者,其中肯氏Ⅰ类牙列缺损8例,肯氏Ⅱ类牙列缺损14例,肯氏Ⅲ类牙列缺损4例,对其进行6~40个月的临床观察。结果26例患者使用栓体栓道式附着体义齿后,美观效果理想,固位稳定效果良好,基牙无松动,未见牙槽骨吸收增加。结论栓体栓道式附着体义齿是一种较为理想的牙列缺损修复方法。

Application of key-key way attachment

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of the key-key way attachment.Methods A 6～40-month follow-up study was conducted on 26 patients with dentition defect(8 in Kennedy class I,14 in Kennedy class Ⅱ,4 in Kennedy class Ⅲ)to evaluate the effects of the key-key way attachment as a retainer on tooth stabilization and stress distribution.Results After they were applied to these patients,all dentures were comfortable,stable,good-looking and functioning.In X-ray,the adsorption of alveolar wasn't found.Conclusion The key-key way attachment is a well-accepted treatment modality in patients with dentition defect.
