不稳定性桡骨远端骨折掌侧锁定加压钢板内固定20例体会

【目的】初步探讨掌侧锁定加压钢板（locking compression plate，LCP）内固定治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折的方法及其效果。【方法】回顾性分析应用掌侧LCP治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折20例，比较其手术前后掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨短缩及关节活动范围等，评价其临床疗效。【结果】20例患者18例得到随访，随访时间16（6～21）个月，患侧掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨短缩均获明显改善，腕关节功能按Anderson标准评定，优15例、良2例、不满意1例，优良率达94％。【结论】掌侧锁定加压钢板是治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折有效办法，能够牢固维持复位，有利于早期功能锻炼。

Volar Locking Compression Plate Fixation for 20 Cases of Distal Radius Fractures

[Objective]To investigate the volar locking compression plate（LCP） fixation for the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures and its effects. [Methods] Retrospective analysis was performed on 20 cases with unstable distal radius fractures treated by volar LCP. Palm angle, foot angle, radial shortening and joint activities before and after surgery were compared and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. [Results] Among all patients, 18 cases were followed up for 6-21 months （average 16 months）. Palm angle, foot angle and radial shortening were significantly improved. The wrist function according to the Anderson criteria was excellent in 15 cases, good in 2 cases and unsatisfied in 1 case. The excellent and good rate was 94%. [Conclusion] Volar LCP is a safe and effective for the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures.
