| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经尿道等离子体汽化电切治疗良性前列腺增生的效果。方法 回顾性分析98例前列腺增生患者采用经尿道等离子汽化电切手术治疗的临床疗效。结果 所有病例均能有效地切除增生腺体，解除下尿路梗阻症状，且并发症少，术后恢复快。结论 等离子双极汽化电切治疗良性前列腺增生具有疗效好、并发症少等优点，有良好的临床应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective] To discuss the efficacy of transurethral plasmakentic vaporization of prostate (TUPKVP) for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in the agedpatients. Methods] Nighty-eight aged BPH patients treated by TUPKVP were reviewed and studied. Results] Less blood loss and no water intoxication happened during the operation and no incontinence occurred after the operation and urine flow rate are improved post-operation. Conclusion] TUPKVP is a new treatment for the BPH patient, It has the advantages of high safety, less complications and good efficacy. |
