某地区农村寄宿制小学生膳食调查分析

目的：为了解农村寄宿制小学生的膳食结构，以便为营养素的合理供应提供依据。方法：采用5天称重记帐法对两所农村寄宿制小学958名小学生进行了膳食调查。结果：蛋白质和部分微量元素的摄入严重不足，三餐热能分配和产能营养素摄人比例不合理。结论：农村寄宿制小学生的膳食结构不合理，社会、学校、家长和孩子各方面应该共同努力改善现状以促进这群学生的合理膳食。

A MEAL-INVESTIGATION OF LODGING SCHOOL CHILDREN IN COUNTRYSIDE

Objective： To study the diet structure of lodging school childrell in countryside, and to provide groud for reasonable purveying of nutrients .Methods： Using the method of 5-day weighing and record, 958 students＇ dietary nutrition was investigated. Results： The intake of protein and some micro elements were far lower than the DRIs, the calorie distribution of three meals and the ratio of calorigenie nutrient intake was unreasonable. Conclusion： These students＇ diet is irrational; society, schools, parents and students should try their best together to promote the balanced diet of these students.
