| 摘 要： | 目的:分析活动性肺结核有关X线征象的特征.方法:对800例资料齐全的涂阳肺结核病人X线胸片(部分CT片和DR片)的征象进行综合分析,并与涂阴肺结核病人X线征象进行对照.结果:涂阳肺结核病和涂阴肺结核病人的X线征象差异无显著性.结论:痰菌检查在肺结核病人诊断中具有极其重要意义,X线检查作为重要的辅助检查手段,在病人无痰时,X线诊断有着重要的参考价值.
