| 摘 要： | 目的:调查2010年我院临床分离细菌的分布和耐药特征,指导临床合理用药.方法:采用纸片扩散法进行药敏试验并对肠杆菌科细菌进行ESBLS检测,用WHONET5.5软件进行数据分析.结果:2010年我院共分离细菌1 044株,其中革兰阴性杆菌718株,占68.8%,革兰阳性球菌326株,占31.2%.大肠埃希菌和金葡菌分别占革兰阴性杆菌和革兰阳性球菌的首位.大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌中ESBLS的检出率分别为18.9%、10.6%.葡萄球菌属中MRSA和MRCNS的检出率分别为345%和43.2%.结论:我院患者分离的细菌耐药性非常严重,应加强监测,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物.
