| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超激光疼痛治疗仪治疗类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)的止痛效果和护理方法.方法:将78例RA患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组39例,两组均常规抗风湿治疗,治疗组加超激光疼痛治疗仪行相应关节疼痛点照射,1次/天,7天为一疗程.观察两组治疗前后患者关节疼痛程度和疗效比较.结果:按照VAS疼痛分级标准进行临床疗效评价,治疗组患者关节疼痛减轻优于对照组.两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗组有效19例,显效16例,无效4例,总有效率为89.7％,对照组有效13例,显效15例,无效11例,总有效率71.8％,两组比较有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论:超激光疼痛治疗仪治疗RA可改善患者疼痛症状,患者无痛苦、易接受.值得临床推广应用.
