| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑梗死患者血脂检测的临床意义.方法:将99例脑梗死患者血脂水平与正常对照组比较.结果:99例脑梗死患者较正常对照组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白显著增高(P＜0.01),高密度脂蛋白显著降低(P＜0.01).结论:总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白与脑梗死正相关,高密度脂蛋白与脑梗死负相关,控制血脂水平在一个正常的范围对防治脑梗死有积极意义.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical significance of serum lipid detection in the patients with cerebral infarction.Methods: Serum lipids were measured in 99 patients with cerebral infarction,and compared with those in the normal control group.Results:Com-pared with normal control group,serum TC,TG,LDL-C in the patients with cerebral infarction were significantly higher(P<0.01),while serum HDL-C was significantly lower(P<0.01),which showing statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:There exist the positive corre... |
