| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨神经科不可避免性压疮病人的预防及护理.方法:选择神经科经过Andersen危险指标记分法[1]评估的不可避免性压疮病人28例,按照入院的先后顺序随机分为实验组和对照组各14例,两组分类无明显差异.实验组采取新的、有效的护理方法:(1)加强翻身,采用30度翻身法;(2)封闭治疗;(3)创面吹氧;(4)喷重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用溶液和阿米卡星洗剂;(5)抵抗剪力,用自制的珊瑚绒小棉垫垫于骨隆突处增加接触面;(6)间歇性缓解压力;对照组采取常规的护理方法.比较两组病人发生压疮的例数、住院时间、病人满意度等.结果:对不可避免性压疮的病人采取新的有效的护理方法,使不可避免性压疮病人变得可以避免,减少了住院时间,节约了医疗费用,减轻了病人的痛苦,提高了病人的满意度,提高了社会效益.结论:采取新的、有效的护理方法是切实可行的.
