急腹症剖腹探查阴性26例的原因分析

目的:探讨急腹症剖腹探查结果阴性的原因,提出防范对策.方法:分析26例剖腹探查阴性患者术前的病史记录,找出每例患者探查阴性的原因并分类总结,对比分析探查结果阳性与阴性患者的白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、中性粒细胞比值水平.结果:探查结果阳性与阴性患者的白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、中性粒细胞比值水平间差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).探查阴性的主要原因在于术前病史询问和体格检查不详细,缺乏相关科室医师会诊及有针对性的辅助检查.结论:细致了解发病特点,系统全面体格检查,有针对性的辅助检查和严格的会诊制度是减少剖腹探查阴性风险的重要保障.
