多层螺旋CT在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用

目的:探讨CT对急性急性阑尾炎的诊断价值.方法:本组31例采用MSCT检查,均采用腹部平扫,根据需要进行矢、冠状位MPR,31例均经手术证实.结果:阑尾增粗肿大壁增厚21例、阑尾腔扩张增粗呈囊袋状5例、阑尾周围脂肪组织密度增高并索条影23例、阑尾内显示粪石19例、阑尾周围脓肿5例、右侧腰大肌前缘模糊12例、阑尾无明显异常3例,31例均经手术后证实为急性阑尾炎,诊断符合率约90％.结论:MSCT对阑尾定位清楚,敏感性高,结合患者的临床表现及化验室检查,MSCT对急性阑尾炎定性明确,对于急性阑尾炎检查、诊断具有很高的价值.

Application of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of acute appendicitis
